Open day in Split, 27th of June

As a part of the Europe Adriatic SEA-WAY Project (IPA Adriatic CBC) the Port of Split Authority organized the Open Day of the Europe-Adriatic Sea-Way Project in Split, Croatia. The Open Day took place at the Hotel Atrium in Split on 27th June 2016. It was attended by the Project Associate Coastal Liner Services Agency and the stakeholders from private and public sector, as well as from the academic community and the media.

During the Open Day the Europe-Adriatic SEA-WAY Project as a whole and the Pilot Activities of all the Partners were presented. After that, the Pilot Activities of the Port of Split Authority were discussed in detail. These included the Passenger Guidance in the City Port Basin of the Port of Split, the Development of the Feasibility Study of the New International Passenger Terminal Construction Project in the City Port Basin, the Development of the Feasibility Study of construction and modernization of infrastructure in the Port of Split aimed at strengthening cross-border integration among Adriatic coastal areas including the Passenger Traffic Development Master Plan (2016-2041).

A lively and fruitful deliberation followed.
